Therapist | Trauma-Informed Care Specialist
Hello, I am Elizabeth Hooser, I have over a decade of experience in social services and eight years as a clinician in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I am deeply committed to guiding individuals through life’s challenges.
I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and uncover their true selves. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth, change, and healing, and I am honored to be part of that process.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transitions, trauma, and addiction. I also work with those navigating schizophrenia spectrum and identity disorders. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, lgbtq+, and couples!
Life’s obstacles can feel overwhelming, but I believe in the power of finding what you can
control. With my background, I learned this firsthand. I provide a space where you can breathe, explore new perspectives, and work through difficult experiences. Healing is a journey, and I am here to support you in transforming trauma and pain into empowerment and strength.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and interactive approach. I meet you where
you are, bringing real talk and person-centered support to help you move toward healing. My goal is to guide you in becoming more aware and intentional in your healing—emotionally,
mentally, and internally.
Let’s begin your journey toward healing today. For more information or to schedule a session, reach out to Elizabeth at elizabeth@liveconsciouslypllc.com.
