At Live Consciously, we believe true healing requires addressing both the mind and body. That's why we offer a virtual Wellness Plan, available to all clients! This plan features weekly 30-minute virtual classes on Saturdays, integrating essential practices like mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga.
These classes can help reduce stress, improve mind-body connection, and promote true healing. Self-pay clients receive these classes FREE as part of working with Live Consciously. Insurance clients can add them for a small monthly contribution depending on the chosen plan.
By cultivating present-moment awareness through mindfulness practices like meditation, you can learn to detach from negative thoughts and worries that can impede healing. Mindfulness can also help you identify and manage stress triggers, promoting a more balanced emotional state.
Breathwork exercises, breathing, can activate the body's relaxation response. This helps to lower blood pressure, slow your heart rate, and reduce muscle tension. By regulating your breath, you can promote feelings of calm and clarity, aiding in emotional healing and trauma recovery.
Yoga can be a powerful tool for healing, especially after trauma. Trauma can often manifest as tension and pain in the body. By gently moving your body through yoga postures and focusing on somatic awareness, you can begin to reconnect with your physical sensations and release trapped emotions.

For a slightly larger contribution of $30 per month, gain access to three, 30-minute virtual classes three Saturdays out the month.
This option provides a more immersive experience, allowing you to participate in all three virtual classes offered throughout the month.
